Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking our service

Please read the Cancellation Policy for your reference

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
If for some reason on the event date you are not able to make it or your phone is not reachable after multiple attempts, then we will wait for half an hour max, after that we will leave the venue and no refund will be provided.

CLIENT CANCELLATION:
1. If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking then it should be done within 24hrs of making an advance payment. In such a case you will be eligible for 100% refund.
2. In case you wish to cancel your booking after 24hrs of making an advance payment then under no circumstances no refund will be provided.
3. In case you make a full payment in advance and you wish to cancel the booking after 48hrs then 50% of the will be refundable.

Note: Every appointment is time I have booked specifically for you, this means declining other appointment requests, please be mindful of this if you need to cancel your appointment.

In the extremely unlikely event that I am very ill, injured or have a family bereavement and I am unable to do your make-up on your booking date then I will do everything possible to find you an alternative artist. This has never happened before

Terms of Service

Please read the Terms of Service for your reference

1. Deposit
Once we have sent a Quote to you, 50% of the quoted amount needs to be paid to confirm the Booking. The deposits will be accepted via Gpay, Phone, Bank transfer or Cash. If for any reason you are unable to make a deposit, your reserved booking date will not be confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits will be deducted from your final total.

2. Confirmation
Once the deposit is received Booking confirmations message will be sent out to you. The due balance will be dated and the full payment is required on the Event date immediately after the Service is done.

3. Waiting Charges
If you are running late, call 9606275222 and inform us. Once your appointment has reached half an hour to 1 hour past your booked time, Rs. 200 /- will be charged as a waiting charge, post which Rs. 500 /- per hour will be charged as waiting charge.

4. Provide Sufficient Time
Sufficient time should be provided as agreed while making the booking for our service. Also pls ensure to follow any skin routine advised. If no sufficient time is provided or if proper skin routine is not followed then we are not liable for service not being up to mark Strictly No Bargaining during final payment settlement.

5. Adhere to Agreed Head Count
If you choose to cancel or reduce booked numbers of head counts on the event day then you will still be required to pay for all cancelled services (other family/guests may fill the vacancies).
Ex: if you book our service for 10 people and on the event day if only 3 people are opting then you will still be liable to pay for the remaining 7 people and Strictly no bargaining. These 7 slots can be filled by other family members or guests.

6. Travel and Accommodation
Travel and accommodation if required (This includes for my-self and my team), this will be expensed by the client. The client is expected to provide us with a separate room for accommodation.
